Your data,kept with care.

Argon Production is a film and commercial production company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This policy covers our public website (argon-pro.com) and ARGON Studio, the private workspace our team and invited partners use to run productions. For any privacy question, write to Info@Argon-pro.com.

• Contact form — your name, email, phone and message, so we can reply.
• Signing in to ARGON Studio — with Google we receive only your name, email address and whether Google has verified it. We never see your password and never get access to your Gmail, Drive or other Google data.
• Production work — what the team and partners add to a project: briefs, scripts, treatments, schedules, crew and cast details, photos of people and places, wardrobe and art references.
• Technical records — sign-in sessions, the device a personal link was opened on, and an activity log of changes, kept to protect the projects.

Only to answer enquiries and to plan, cost and make the productions we are hired for: casting, location scouting, wardrobe, schedules, quotations and the pre-production booklet. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and the public website carries no advertising or tracking cookies.

Photos and details of actors, crew and other people are added with their agreement or through their agency, and are used only to consider them for our productions and to present options to our clients. Anyone can ask us to correct or remove their details at any time.

• Hosting and storage — the website and Studio run on Railway, and data and files are stored with Supabase, in data centres in the European Union.
• Google — sign-in; and, only when a team member uses their own key, image generation for storyboards.
• Anthropic (Claude) — to read briefs and treatments the team uploads and to explain interface text in Arabic.
• Vimeo — to show our films on the website.

Studio is private: only accounts we add and personal links we send can open it, and each link is limited to one project and a few devices. Files are kept in private storage and served only to people allowed to see them. Keys and passwords are encrypted and never shown again after they are saved.

Enquiries for as long as the conversation needs; production records for as long as the project and our legal and accounting obligations require. Accounts and links can be switched off or deleted at any time.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw a consent you gave. We handle personal data in line with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law. Write to Info@Argon-pro.com and we will answer within 30 days.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
